It seems she was suffering from a case of overworked-teen-star-itis.The 18-year-old Disney actress was hospitalized Thursday after taping “The Tonight Show,” reportedly complaining of a severe headache and nausea. At a mall concert in Santa Monica on Monday, Gomez told she “was just very malnourished, so I was low on iron and exhausted.”
